As a vital member of our Member and Community Relations (MCR) team, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your presence will be instrumental in supporting our team members and driving engagement initiatives that enhance productivity and retention.

Here's what you'll tackle in this impactful role:

  • Deliver exceptional human resource support to our plant or distribution facility members.
  • Lead initiatives to cultivate a strong sense of belonging and community among team members.
  • Collaborate closely with Production Leaders and MCR colleagues to strengthen our organizational capabilities.
  • Implement innovative solutions to address member and business leader challenges promptly.
  • Execute Talent Management processes, ensuring the development and success of our team members.

Your qualifications:

  • While a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, your passion for making a difference is what truly matters.
  • Ideally, you'll have 1-3 years of experience in human resources, particularly in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with team members at all levels.
  • A self-starter mentality with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
